Privacy policy

Last updated 30 August 2026. This policy covers standardpowerwashing.com and the estimate and lead forms Standard Power Washing LLC runs on it and through advertising.

What we collect

Almost everything we hold, you typed into a form on purpose.

• When you request an estimate on this site. Your name, email address, and phone number, which are required, plus the optional job details: property type, number of stories, approximate square footage, and whatever you write in the notes about surfaces, access, and preferred schedule.
• When you submit a lead form in one of our ads. Google shows the form inside the ad and passes us your name, email address, phone number, and city. You see those fields before you submit, and Google may pre-fill them from your Google account.
• When you call, text, or email us. Your phone number or email address, and whatever you tell us about the job.
• Automatically. Our web host records ordinary server request logs, which include IP addresses. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any other visitor-tracking script on this site.

We do not ask for and have no use for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or dates of birth. Please do not send them.

How we use it

To quote your job, to schedule it, and to contact you about it. That means we may call, text, or email you at the number and address you gave us, in response to the request you made. If you asked for an estimate, expect us to get back to you.

We do not add you to a marketing list from an estimate request, and we do not send promotional bulk email or text campaigns.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to a data broker or lead-resale network. It goes to the companies that run the plumbing behind the forms, and only so they can do that job:

• Resend delivers the estimate request to us as an email.
• Twilio sends us the text alert so a request does not sit unread.
• Google hosts the lead form inside our ads and passes us the responses. Google's own handling of that data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• Railway hosts this website and its server logs.

Beyond that, we disclose information only if the law requires it.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.

Job alert text messages

If you ask for them, we send you a short text when our crew is on the way to your property, and a one-time confirmation when you sign up. That is the whole programme — about one message per visit, never a promotion, a sale, or a bulk campaign.

You opt in yourself, by ticking the box on the quote or invoice page we send you, or by telling us in person or on the phone. It is optional, and nothing about your job depends on it. We record that you agreed, the date, and how, because if you ever ask us to show we had permission we would rather be able to.

Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. A STOP is permanent on our side: we do not text that number again unless you text START back to us yourself. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Cookies and third-party requests

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies of its own. Pages do load fonts from Google Fonts, and the reviews shown on the home page come from the Google Maps Platform, so your browser makes requests to Google when a page loads. If you reached us by clicking one of our ads, Google may use cookies to measure that ad, as described in the Google Privacy Policy above.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests reach us as email and stay in our business email records so we have a history of work quoted and performed. Lead form responses can be downloaded from Google Ads for 30 days after they are submitted, after which Google removes them. Server request logs are temporary and are cleared whenever the site is redeployed.

Your choices

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Ask us to stop contacting you and we will stop. There is no form for this and no waiting period we impose on ourselves — email info@standardpowerwashing.com or call or text 682-362-7638 and say so. We will confirm when it is done.

The one thing we may keep after a deletion request is a record of completed work and invoicing, which we need for tax and insurance purposes.

Children

This is a service for property owners and managers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

Form submissions travel over HTTPS, and the accounts that receive them are password-protected. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we will change this page and move the date at the top. There is no separate archive; the page you are reading is the current policy.
