Where we came from

Standard Power Washing LLC has been running since 2022 and has completed more than 500 jobs. It started as residential work and grew into commercial as restaurants, retail centers, and property managers asked for the kind of scheduled maintenance a one-off cleaner does not offer. Both halves are still active, and they inform each other more than you might expect: commercial work is where you learn what heat and degreasers actually do, and residential work is where you learn restraint.

Where we work

We are based in Aledo, in Parker County, and work out from there. That makes Aledo, Weatherford, and Benbrook the short runs, with Burleson, Crowley, Keller, Mansfield, Saginaw, and Haslet also regular, plus Fort Worth itself. The service areas page has the full list.

We keep that radius tight on purpose. A contractor covering the whole metroplex is batching your job with three others an hour apart, which is why scheduling slips and why a small job is hard to get anyone out for at all. Staying local is what makes a same-week driveway realistic.

Insurance and licensing

Standard Power Washing LLC is a Texas limited liability company and is fully insured for residential, commercial, and industrial work. If your property manager, HOA, or corporate office needs a certificate of insurance before we can be scheduled, ask and we will have it sent directly. That is a routine request, not a delay.

Texas does not license pressure washing as a trade, so a company advertising itself as a licensed pressure washer is describing something that does not exist. The thing actually worth verifying is insurance, and we are happy to be verified.

Equipment and method

The equipment matters less than knowing which piece of it belongs on a given surface. What we run:

• Hot water. Heat is what separates commercial work from a rented machine. Grease, oil, gum, and packed-on dirt release with temperature; cold water mostly relocates them.
• Soft wash. Low pressure carrying a cleaning solution, for siding, brick, stucco, stone, cedar, and every roof without exception. The chemistry kills the growth at the root and the water only rinses.
• Surface cleaners. For concrete. A rotating cleaner covers a slab evenly at a fixed distance, which is what avoids the striped result a hand wand leaves behind.
• Rust and mineral treatment. For the orange irrigation staining that comes with well water out here. Rust is a deposit rather than soil, so it needs a dedicated product rather than more pressure.
• Degreasers. For dumpster pads, drive-thru lanes, dock aprons, and equipment.

How we decide

Every property gets walked before anything is turned on. We are looking for what the surfaces actually are, and for the things that change the method: failing caulk, soft or open trim, aging mortar, paint at the end of its life, damaged screens, and anything newly planted. On an older house that walk is the difference between a clean exterior and an expensive repair.

If something will not come out, we would rather say so during the quote than after the invoice. Deep-set oil, some rust, and staining that has sat for years do not always fully release, and an honest expectation is worth more than an optimistic one.

Getting a price

Estimates are free, most go out the same day, and standard residential work does not need a site visit first. An address and a couple of photos are usually enough. Commercial work is quoted on condition, access, and area, and is scheduled around your trading hours rather than ours. We work seven days, 7:00am to 7:00pm.
