Parking Lot Striping in Fort Worth, TX

Faded stripes make a maintained lot look abandoned. Crisp lines, clear ADA markings, and visible fire lanes make the whole property look managed.

What faded striping costs you

Striping is the one part of the lot every driver interacts with. When stalls fade, parking gets sloppy and the lot holds fewer cars. When accessible stalls and access aisles fade, the property drifts out of line with expectations tenants and their customers take seriously. And when fire lane markings disappear, the curb everyone ignores becomes a problem during your next inspection or insurance review. Re-striping is one of the cheapest visible improvements a property can buy.

What we stripe

  • Parking stalls: re-stripe the existing layout or lay out a new one, in standard traffic paint.
  • ADA stalls and access aisles: accessible-stall striping and blue markings to your lot's layout — and we'll flag obvious gaps, like a missing access aisle, when we quote.
  • Fire lanes: red curbs and "FIRE LANE — NO PARKING" stenciling kept legible for inspections.
  • Stencils and details: directional arrows, visitor and reserved stalls, cart corrals, and curb painting.

Wash first, stripe second

Paint bonds to clean surfaces, not to grime — which is why striping pairs naturally with our parking lot cleaning. A wash-and-stripe visit resets the entire lot in a day: the concrete reads bright, the lines read sharp, and the property photographs like it was just built. Like everything we do, striping is quoted flat-rate, scheduled from 7:00am, and worked in sections so the lot stays usable.

We stripe lots across Fort Worth, Aledo, Weatherford, Arlington, Benbrook, White Settlement, and surrounding DFW.

Parking lot striping FAQs

How long before cars can park on fresh stripes?

Traffic paint is typically dry to the touch within about an hour in Texas weather, and we recommend keeping vehicles off the fresh lines for a few hours. We stripe in sections and schedule early so the lot is usable the same day.

Do you handle ADA stall markings?

Yes — we stripe accessible stalls, access aisles, and the blue markings to your lot's layout, and we'll flag obvious basics like missing access aisles when we quote. For a full ADA compliance review of stall counts and signage, we recommend confirming requirements with your architect or the city.

Can you re-stripe over the existing layout or lay out a new one?

Both. Re-striping the existing layout is the fastest and most common job. If the lot needs a new configuration — added stalls, changed flow, cart corrals — we lay it out fresh.

When is the best time to stripe a lot?

Right after the lot has been washed. Paint bonds better to clean concrete and asphalt, and the finished result looks dramatically better when the stripes go down on a clean surface. Many clients bundle striping with a scheduled lot cleaning.
